Project Description:
Albuquerque Studios is a 4 building campus with 3 of 4 buildings have 6 sound stages. The 4th building is for prop and set building and storage. It also houses the sites chiller plant with 2 chillers, each has an independent cooling tower, fire pump room and ice storage. Two of the sound stages also include office space. All utility piping for the site, plumbing and HVAC, which included primary and secondary chilled water loops was done by Yearout Mechanical.
