Project Description:
150,000 sq. ft. (100,000 sq. ft. laboratory space and 50,000 sq. ft. office space) research and development facility for Sandia National Labs and the Department of Energy. Radius architecture style and LEED Certified Silver level accreditation. The facility consists of its own energy plant, 2; 370 ton chillers, 2; 300 ton cooling towers, 2; 8 million btu boilers, 3 penthouses with air handling units, clean room 1000 class laminar flow and one 11,000 gallon LN2 (liquid nitrogen) tank.

Acid waste system, process nitrogen, DI system, process cooling water, process vacuum and acid exhaust.
