The procurement services include the definition of improvements, budget, and construction requirements. It also involves the acquisition of grants, rebates, financing, other incentives to help fund the project.

Bid Administration
The administration of bid(s) involves the development of construction documents such as construction specifications, and schedule. The staff will then administer the release for request for bids, organize bid meetings, and advise the owner on who to award. This process is usually conducted within a Construction Manager Not At Risk project delivery system.
