Project Description:
Design of the mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, installation of the systems in this 210,000 square foot government office building with site utilities. This building consisted of individual office, open office spaces, conference rooms, computer server rooms, electrical and communication rooms. Installed components included; 1, 1,000,000 btu boiler, 4 circulating pumps, 2, 150 ton cooling towers, 400 VAV boxes and 1 AHU.
