Edelweiss Lodge & Spa is a ski in, ski out, resort in the beautiful Taos, New Mexico ski basin. Facility includes 44 condo units, a pampering spa, two riverside hot tubs, indoor and outdoor restaurants and bar, the lodge, with game room, under-ground parking, a heated outdoor plaza, conference space and a sports shop.
Yearout Mechanical, Inc. supplied and installed complete plumbing and HVAC for this lodge and spa facility. This ~65,000 square foot facility included full mechanical room with two 5,000,000 btu boilers, DX refrigerant coils for combination heating/cooling units. Each condo unit has radiant floor heating.
