The development of energy models for your existing building is an advanced tool for identifying improvement opportunities. The Sustainable Solutions Staff uses modeling software such as Equest, and Trane Trace. They are also exploring other tools and have invested considerable time and resources to improve the accuracy and reliability of models.
The staff is involved in a Building Energy Retrofit Testbed at the UNM Integrated Sustainable Energy Systems Laboratory. Click here for more information on the research project. |
