Project Description:
A bi-level 31,829 square foot office and exam/procedure building with three RTUs and DX cooling with gas heat. HVAC duct work has electric reheat coils. Plumbing is PVC underground and in walls, with cast iron in the return air space. There is a 5lb gas system to RTUs, steel pipe on the roof, domestic water is type L copper pipe with both Pro-Press and sweat fittings. Procedure rooms include an oxygen med gas system and HEPA filters.
