LEED - Green Building
Yearout Mechanical, Inc. is committed to the construction of buildings that are environmentally responsible, sustainable and healthy places to work. As members of the U.S. Green Building Council, New Mexico Chapter we are active participants in their mission “to transform our built environment through education collaboration and outreach. To promote environmentally responsible practices that are economically and socially beneficial to the community.”
Yearout Mechanical, Inc. has been a team member on more LEED Certified buildings around New Mexico than any other mechanical contractor. They include:
- Baca/Dlo’ay Azhi Community School – Project with the Corp of Engineers and the BIA. First LEED certified Building in New Mexico (design / build)
- Center for Integrated Nano Technologies (CINT) – Sandia Labs. LEED Certified
- Villagra - Attorney General’s Office in Santa Fe LEED GOLD (design assist)
- PNM Data Center – Public Service Company of NM office/data center. LEED Certified (design assist)
- Advent Solar – photovoltaic solar panel manufacturing facility. LEED Certified (Design / Build)
- Jefferson Green - Dekker/Perich/Sabatini and Centex building. LEED Gold Core & Shell. LEED Gold TI (Design / Build)
- Mariposa East Commons - commercial office building. LEED Certified
- Santa Fe Civic Center - New convention center in Santa Fe. LEED Gold
- Mariposa Community Center - community center in Rio Rancho. LEED Silver
- Los Alamos National Bank - new bank in Santa Fe. LEED Gold
- UNM Castetter Hall - class rooms and office space. LEED Gold
- Thornburg Finanical - business campus near Santa Fe. LEED Gold
- Las Cruces City Hall - office building for city govenment. LEED Silver
- Tony Hillerman Middle School - new Albuquerque middle school. LEED Gold
