Design/Build, three story, 80,000 sq ft. office facility with raised floor systems on all three stories, with under floor duct and perimeter VAV box heat, 2 Trane Acer 44,000 cfm roof top units utilizing both evaporation and DX cooling, 2; 1 million btu boilers for perimeter heat. Air is supplied through raised floor with adjustable floor diffusers. LEED Gold Level certified for the shell, core and tenant improvements.
