Installed components included; 2, 200 ton chillers, 2, 200 ton cooling towers, 2, 1.5 million btu boilers, 10 computer room units, 1, 60,000 cfm AHU, 1, 20,000 make up air unit, 15 under floor fan powered boxes, 220 floor swirl diffusers. LEED Silver certified project components included; dual flush toilets, waterless urinals, and water retention system from roof drain piping for irrigation.
