Project Description:
Sunset Mesa Pre-School was a design/build school project with new construction of 9 classrooms, in 12,000 sq. feet. The new Pre-School is south of the existing school in Albuquerque. Yearout Mechanical, Inc. provided complete plumbing and HVAC mechanical systems for this design/build project. This project consisted of 4 roof top units that are combination heating and cooling units, the new bathrooms all have fixtures on scale for children.
