Project for the Army Corp of Engineers. Furnish and install plumbing and HVAC for 56,496 square feet of officers quarters. Heating and chilled water piping system, boilers, fixtures, roof drain and overflow connector, tied into storm drain system. Three story building with 2 wings, 96 mini suites rooms, three laundry facilities, several conference, meeting and administration rooms. Four pipe heating and cooling systems with vertical fan coils. 2, 1.5million btu boilers and 1, 400 ton air cooled chiller.
